I dropped in for a training session this morning while in town for a wedding. The gym is very welcoming and friendly and the equipment is top quality. I was looking for a gym for a while. I finally settled on Iron heart, I can honestly say there isn’t anything I don’t like at this gym. The equipment is great, the people who work out here are ego free and the gym is immaculately clean. If you are looking for a relaxed pleasant atmosphere to workout I would highly reccomended Iron hear gym. -- Glen
